Our Culture Model the Model of Freedom, explains why people act, perceive, and interpret as they do. In this model we draw profiles of individuals' cultural identity. From the comparison of the different profiles we can draw conclusions about their similarities and differences in management styles.

The Model of Freedom has a high potential. We conduct Master Classes for experienced intercultural practitioners and trainers. Participants become licensed to use the Model of Freedom.

Participants of our master class in August 2007 initiated the Model of Freedom Association. The three main goals of the Association are sharing knowledge, network building and creating business. These goals are supported by an online platform and meetings in real life through seminars, workshops and network events.

The online platform includes a validated tool to determine Cultural Profiles. We call it the Evaluator; an online questionnaire. Associates who work with the Model of Freedom, can grant their trainees access to the Evaluator as part of their preparation for a training.
